MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Sara Rickards is a Regenerative Practitioner and Ecosystem Facilitator with over 10 years experience working across governments (local, state and federal), the education sector, various purpose driven startups and aligned corporates. She is also a peer reviewed author in transformative education, sustainability and system change.
After training as both a Biomedical Scientist & Environmental Engineer, she went on to become Education For Sustainability Manager at Macquarie University, a TEDx speaker, Co-host for the Un-School of Disruptive Design, Program Manager and Coach for The Centre of Sustainability Leadership and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education.

Dave Murphy spent the first 15 years of his career in marketing, working with some of the most iconic brands across the world. After a transformative breathwork experience during a retreat in the Netherlands in 2015, he began to experiment with breathwork as a means to enhance creativity and wellbeing, bringing a greater sense of meaning to his life.
Dave has since studied multiple modalities of breathwork and human health, as well as the neuroscience of flow state & peak performance. Today he helps teams and business leaders generate greater levels of clarity, creativity, confidence and connection.

Our one day Regenerative Leadership Workshop experience is designed to create lasting change at both an individual and company level.
Each workshop includes both pre and post event support sessions to help with preparation and integration of the content and shared experience.
We generally suggest hosting the experience offsite, and are happy to suggest a range of suitable venues.
We also offer overnight experiences at some incredible locations immersed in nature within a couple hours drive of all major capital cities.
