ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I spent 15 years working in marketing with some of the most iconic brands all around the world.
While on paper it was a successful career, the further I progressed, the more I felt unfulfilled and disconnected from my true self.
After an incredibly powerful breathwork experience during a retreat in the Netherlands, I experimented with breathwork as a means to bring a greater level of clarity and meaning to my own life and immediately experienced its transformative benefits.
It helped me not only find clarity in my career, but also release some seriously suppressed emotions from my body that I didn’t even know I was holding onto.
Following my intuition, I went on to complete my HypnoBreathwork, Intrinsic Health and Flow State certifications and today I help teams and businesses transform their sense of clarity, creativity, confidence and connection.
